SUSTAINABLE TEXTILES

LOVINGLY HAND CRAFTED IN BATH

WOVEN WITH INTENTION.

Small-batch weaving. Thoughtful materials. Less waste.

Every Katherine Fraser piece is handwoven in our Bath studio or in our Scottish partner mill in small batches, allowing us to work thoughtfully with natural and deadstock fibres, producing limited quantities and avoiding unnecessary overproduction.

We make slowly and intentionally — creating textiles designed to be cherished, used and lived with for years to come.

OUR STORY

Founded in 2010, Katherine Fraser is a designer and handweaver creating contemporary textiles from her studio in Bath.

Working with traditional looms and carefully selected natural fibres, Katherine brings together colour, texture and pattern to create distinctive pieces for both fashion and interiors.

Every piece is woven in small batches, with a focus on craftsmanship, quality and creating textiles made to last.

design and collaboration

Alongside our own collections, Katherine Fraser works with brands, designers and creative partners to develop distinctive woven textiles tailored to their vision.

From colour and yarn selection to pattern, texture and scale, each project is thoughtfully developed in our Bath studio and then manufactured at our Scottish partner mill, combining traditional craftsmanship with a contemporary approach to design.

Whether developing a signature textile, creating a limited-edition collection or bringing a unique concept to life, we offer a considered, collaborative design service from initial idea through to finished piece.

SUSTAINABILITY

MATERIALS, SOURCED CLOSER

We prioritise sourcing our yarns and materials as close to home as possible, supporting British suppliers and reducing the distance our materials travel.

GIVING YARN A SECOND LIFE

Where possible, we work with quality deadstock and surplus yarns that might otherwise go to landfill, transforming existing materials into beautiful, unique textiles.

MADE HERE, NOT EVERYWHERE

Every piece is made either in our Bath studio or by trusted makers in Scotland, allowing us to maintain close relationships, high standards and a considered approach to production.
