We will happily exchange or refund any full price product bought online within 14 days of receipt.

Simply return the product to the address below stating the reason for return and whether a refund or exchange is wanted. Returns must be made using recorded postage or a special delivery service, please keep a receipt of this for your own records.

Please return products with original labels and tags. Katherine Fraser will not be responsible for any items lost in the post. Your statutory rights will not be affected.
